1. Promoter

The promoter of The £50 Experiment giveaway is:

ORION RICH is the public-facing brand used in connection with this giveaway.

2. The Experiment

The £50 Experiment is funded entirely with £50 of the Promoter's own money. Entrants do not contribute money, cryptocurrency or any other value.

The experiment began on 25 August 2026 and will run for a maximum of 10 years, ending on 25 August 2036.

The Promoter controls the underlying position. Entrants receive no ownership, control or beneficial interest in it.

3. Four Take-Profit Milestones

The giveaway has up to four separate prize milestones. Each milestone is linked to a planned sale of part of the experiment holding and, if completed, results in one separate winner.

The underlying asset, its quantity, market price and private target conditions are confidential while the experiment is active.

• Winner 1: a planned sale of 25% of the holding, once that private milestone is completed.
• Winner 2: a planned sale of 30% of the holding, once that private milestone is completed.
• Winner 3: a planned sale of 25% of the holding, once that private milestone is completed.
• Winner 4: a planned sale of 20% of the holding, once that private milestone is completed.

4. Prize Value

For each completed milestone, the prize is the actual GBP cash proceeds realised from the corresponding planned sale after applicable trading fees, spreads, network fees and currency-conversion costs.

The winner receives GBP cash by bank transfer, not cryptocurrency. Market movement, execution price and exchange rates mean the actual prize may be higher or lower than the indicative amount shown.

5. When Winners Are Drawn

A separate random draw will take place after each take-profit milestone is completed and its GBP cash proceeds have been determined. Winners are not selected when the entry period closes.

A person or account may win only one prize. Any prior winner will be excluded from every later draw so that each completed milestone has a different winner.

6. Unreached Milestones and End Date

If a take-profit milestone has not been completed by 25 August 2036, no prize and no winner will be awarded for that milestone.

The maximum number of winners is four. The number of prizes actually awarded depends on how many take-profit milestones are completed before the experiment end date.

7. Free Entry

Entry is free. No purchase, payment, investment, cryptocurrency transaction, exchange account, wallet, referral link or product purchase is required.

Making a payment or investment does not increase an entrant's chance of winning.

8. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry. People directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, UK residency and identity from a selected winner.

9. How to Enter

To enter, follow the designated official ORION RICH Instagram or TikTok account, like the designated giveaway post and leave the required comment stated in that post.

Each person may submit one valid entry on Instagram and one valid entry on TikTok. Multiple accounts, automated entries and other attempts to create additional entries on either platform are not permitted.

10. Entry Period

Opening date: 1 September 2026. Entry opens when the designated giveaway post is published on the official ORION RICH Instagram or TikTok account.

Closing date and time: 10 September 2026 at 11:59 pm BST.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted. The entry period is separate from the experiment duration.

11. Entrant Pool and Draws

After the entry period closes, the Promoter will retain a record of valid eligible entries for use in each completed milestone draw.

Each winner will be selected at random from eligible entries using a verifiably random computer process. Evidence of the selection process will be retained.

12. Winner Notification and Payment

Each selected winner will be contacted by direct message through the Instagram or TikTok account used to enter. The winner must respond within 14 days.

After eligibility is verified and the information needed for payment is received, the prize will be paid by UK bank transfer within 14 days.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, cannot demonstrate eligibility or breaches these terms, the Promoter may select a replacement winner using the same process.

13. Winner Information

The Promoter may publish or make available information confirming that a valid award took place, ordinarily the winner's surname and county. Entrants may object to publication or request a reduced amount of information before entry.

Where a winner objects, the Promoter may still provide the information to the ASA if required.

14. Public Updates

ORION RICH may document the experiment's GBP value, progress and take-profit milestones on its website or social channels. This information is for documenting the experiment only and does not guarantee future performance.

15. Exceptional Circumstances

Events outside the Promoter's reasonable control may affect a milestone or the experiment, including exchange or network failure, trading suspension, unavailable pricing, regulatory restrictions or technical failure.

Where this happens, the Promoter will act reasonably, comply with applicable law and communicate any material permitted change where reasonably possible.

16. Privacy

Personal information will be used only where reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, select and contact winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Information may need to be retained for an extended period because the experiment can run until 25 August 2036. Further information will be provided in the ORION RICH Privacy Policy.

17. Social Platforms

This giveaway is operated independently by ORION RICH. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta or any other social-media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

18. Disqualification

The Promoter may reasonably disqualify entries involving fraud, false eligibility information, fake or multiple accounts, automation, manipulation, interference with the giveaway or a material breach of these terms.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

20. Important Notice

The experiment uses the Promoter's own money. The value can rise or fall and no take-profit level, prize amount or number of winners is guaranteed.

The giveaway entry period runs from 1 September 2026 until 10 September 2026 at 11:59 pm BST.
